Peer Review Process

Following an initial editorial screening for scope and compliance, all manuscripts are evaluated through a single-blind peer-review process following the COPE Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers. This is done within the shortest possible time, and the journal strives to return reviewers’ comments to authors within 6 weeks. The Editorial Board will then re-evaluate revised manuscripts before making a decision to accept, reject, or request another round of review.

Authors must address all reviewer comments, preferably in a rebuttal letter with a point-by-point response. If an author disagrees with a reviewer’s suggestion, they must provide a clear and well-reasoned explanation. This ensures a constructive dialogue between authors and reviewers, ultimately enhancing the quality of the manuscript.

For manuscripts requiring minor revisions, authors will have one week to submit their revised version. For those requiring major revisions, the resubmission deadline is two weeks. Authors who require additional time for revisions should contact the editorial office in advance.

A Letter of Acceptance (LoA) is issued once an article has completed the peer-review process, undergone all required revisions, and been formally accepted for publication in a journal issue.
